Frequently asked questions

How can I test Volofo before choosing a subscription?

Use the approved Construction Operations trial for 14 days with no card and no charge. Signed-in onboarding shows the exact limits and terms before you activate the workspace.

Why does the annual plan cost less?

Annual billing keeps the current displayed monthly-equivalent rate and is charged for the year. Flexible monthly billing costs approximately 30% more.

Can I end an annual subscription early?

Request strictly before 60 days have elapsed from the start of your paid annual term; trial days do not count. Service ends at the end of the current billing month, anchored to the paid start date in the billing time zone. Completed billing months, including that final month, are deducted at the normal monthly price accepted with your annual purchase. The remaining annual payment is refunded. After the deadline, your accepted order and applicable law govern cancellation and refunds. Switching to monthly billing is currently unavailable. It requires a separately authorized monthly payment setup. A cancellation request does not create a monthly subscription.

What happens when the 14-day trial ends?

The trial does not create an automatic charge. Construction work remains readable, and paid service begins only after you separately authorize a subscription.
